2. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us via phone or email.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup time:
    Full refund (after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any).
  • 12 to 24 hours before pickup time:
    50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup time or no-show:
    No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by 365 Transline

365 Transline reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver unavailability
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions

In such cases, customers will receive:

  • A full refund or
  • An alternative vehicle (subject to availability)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. No Refund Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • The trip started and later canceled by the customer
  • Delay or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Early termination of the trip by the customer
  • Change of plans after the trip has begun

6. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to booking details (date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability.
  • Fare differences may apply based on modifications.
  • Modifications requested close to pickup time may be treated as cancellation.

7. Return Policy (Service-Based)

Since 365 Transline provides transportation services, a return or exchange of service is not applicable once the trip has started.

8. Force Majeure

365 Transline shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government actions. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
