5. Cancellation Policy

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be ready at the pickup location on time
- Behave respectfully with the driver
- Avoid illegal activities, smoking, alcohol consumption, or damage to the vehicle
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
8. Trip Usage Policy
- The vehicle is strictly for the agreed route and purpose.
- Any route changes or extensions must be communicated and approved in advance.
- Local packages are limited by time and kilometers as per booking.
9. Liability
- 365 Transline is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- We are not liable for delays or service disruption due to natural calamities, strikes, road conditions, or government restrictions.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
10. Termination of Service
365 Transline reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without prior notice if:

- Safety of the driver or vehicle is at risk
