Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 365 Transline. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. Please review them carefully.

1. Operational Terms & Driver Rules

• Our vehicles are rented exclusively with professional chauffeurs. We do not offer self-drive options.
• The chauffeur will operate the vehicle in compliance with speed limits and local road safety rules. Passengers must not force the driver to overspeed or breach traffic laws.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or usage of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

2. Billing, Tolls, and Toll Taxes

• Standard billing calculations (kilometres and hours) start from the vehicle's garage and terminate upon its return to the garage, or as specifically agreed in your booking quote.
• All parking fees, toll taxes, state border entry taxes, and GST are extra and must be paid by the customer unless explicitly included in the booking quotation.
• A night driving allowance fee is applicable for journeys requiring transit between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Passenger Possessions & Luggage Limit

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuable items, and luggage. 365 Transline and its drivers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property inside or outside the vehicle during the rental period.

4. Force Majeure

We do not assume liability for delays, missed flights/trains, or trip cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including traffic jams, severe weather conditions, road blocks, natural disasters, or sudden mechanical breakdowns (for which a replacement vehicle will be arranged as quickly as possible).
